DIANNE PILKINGTON (Glinda)

Training: Dianne trained at Guildford School of Acting.

Theatre credits include: ‘Grizabella’ in Cats (national tour); ‘Belinda’ in The Far Pavilions (Shaftesbury Theatre); ‘Mary’ in Tonight’s the Night (Victoria Palace); ‘Belle’ in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (national tour); ‘Kim’ in the original cast of Boy George’s new musical Taboo; the title role in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves at the Victoria Palace Theatre, opposite Lily Savage; ‘Protestant Girl’ in The Beautiful Game (Cambridge Theatre); ‘The Beggar Woman’ in Sweeney Todd (Bridewell Theatre); ‘Marion’ in Tess (Savoy Theatre) and understudied and played ‘Fantine’ and ‘Cosette’ in Les Misérables (Palace Theatre). TV credits include: ‘Hope’ in the London workshop production of Urinetown, directed by John Rando; ‘Tonya’ in the workshop of Dr Zhivago directed by Des McAnuff; the title role in Helen of Troy - a new musical, directed by Gary Griffin; ‘Charlotte’ in Charlotte - Life or Theatre? and appearing with Boy George in Concert at the Albert Hall.

Dianne has recently finished filming The Wolf Man opposite Benecio Del Toro, for Universal Pictures due for release in 2009.
