Training: Sylvia Young Theatre School and Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts, graduating with honours in dance and musical theatre.

Theatre includes: Prior to graduating, Oliver! (Palladium); Hey, Mr Producer! (Lyceum); Whistle Down the Wind (Aldwych). Upon graduation Sam went straight into Mary Poppins (Prince Edward Theatre).

Television includes: X Factor (Dancer); Comic Relief; Classical Brit Awards; Britain's Got Talent; Your Country Needs You and various adverts.

Recordings include: Runaway and Sometimes I Need You for the BBC Beautiful People soundtrack.

Other work includes: Thriller Live (Germany); backing dancer for Pixie Lott (first headline tour), Diana Vickers, Liz McClarnon, Atomic Kitten and various other pop artists; modeling for Vivienne Westwood and Jane Norman.
