Universal Stage Productions, a division of Universal Theatrical Group, is the live theatre division of the world-famous motion picture studio. Universal’s musical phenomenon Wicked is now in its 13th year in the West End. With multiple international productions, including the original Broadway production which premiered in 2003, Wicked has been seen by over 50 million people worldwide making it one of the most successful theatrical ventures of all time. Universal’s critically acclaimed musical adaptation of Billy Elliot, which won four Olivier Awards and ten Tony Awards, including Best Musical, concluded its 11 year run in the West End and is now touring throughout the UK. Universal also produced the Tony-nominated Broadway production of Bring It On: The Musical as well as the Broadway premiere of Irving Berlin’s Holiday Inn with the Roundabout Theatre Company.
