This magnificent, Grade II* listed building, which first opened in 1930, has been home to the multi award-winning production of WICKED since its London premiere in 2006. All of the brand new 2,328 seats in the stunningly restored auditorium are located on just two levels (Stalls and Circle).

Foyer and Circle Bars open to ticket holders from 90 minutes prior to performances. The auditorium (with additional bars and toilets) opens approximately 30 minutes prior to performances.

WICKED is suitable for a general audience and contains no profanities. As a guide to parents, guardians and teachers, it is recommended for ages 7+. All persons aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own within the auditorium. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children under 3 years of age will not be admitted.
A cloakroom is available for people who wish to leave heavy coats and umbrellas. Please note that we do not accept suitcases, rucksacks or large bags. A Left Luggage facility (Excess Baggage Company) is available opposite the theatre at Victoria Station (located between Platforms 7 & 8). Please note that the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
WICKED is performed eight times a week, as follows:
Monday – Saturday evenings at 7.30pm
Wednesday & Saturday matinees at 2.30pm
Please check at the time of booking for any extra performances, which are frequently added at times of high demand including School Holidays and Christmas.
Evening performances end at approximately 10.15pm.
Matinee performances end at approximately 5.15pm.
There is one 20-minute interval.
Please arrive promptly as latecomers cannot be admitted until a designated point in the performance, which is approximately 25 minutes after curtain-up.
Security checks are in operation at the theatre, so please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance you are attending. Suitcases, rucksacks and large bags will not be admitted into the Theatre. We appreciate your cooperation..
A range of official WICKED souvenirs, including T-Shirts, bags, mugs, pens, jewellery and posters, are available at special Ozdust Boutiques situated throughout the theatre.
The deluxe Souvenir Programme, featuring stunning colour production photographs, cast and creative team biographies and information, is also available from venue staff throughout the theatre.

Tickets left at the Box Office for collection can be picked up on the day of the performance you are attending. You will need to present the credit or debit card used for the purchase and sign for the tickets. Tickets will only be issued to the cardholder. Please bring your booking reference number with you.
It is advisable to collect your tickets no later than one hour prior to the start of the performance you are attending in order to avoid long queues at the Box Office.
